LOYALTY PROGRAM !
WHAT IS A LOYALTY PROGRAM?
A loyalty program is intended to reward repeat clients for their engagement and continued support.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I OPT IN?
When opting into my Loyalty Program, you will receive your (digital) loyalty card that is specifically customised to you. The card looks as above and will be changed/edited to include your information (including a simple symmetrical headshot of one of your characters). It does not cost you any money to opt into the card specifically, nor does it cost money to opt out. The only requirement you need is to buy a commission and the card will come at no extra charge.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
After each commission you buy, you will receive a stamp on your Loyalty Card. There are 5 stamps to collect - once all the stamps are done (i.e. once you purchase 5 commissions), you will be eligible for a 15% discount on your next commission! If you manage to complete this and receive your discounted commission, you will start your Loyalty Card again. But the second run, the 6th commission will be free! So as a short run down, 5 commissions -> 15% discount, 10 commissions -> free commission.
DOES THE LOYALTY CARD EXPIRE?
Yes! To ensure it remains fair, the Loyalty Card will have a 12 month usage upon first being issued. This means that you have 12 months to earn your stamps and redeem your reward. If you do not redeem or earn all of your stamps within a year of opting in, you will be asked if you'd like to renew your card upon your expiry - which means you will need to stay again.
HOW DO I OPT IN?
When ordering a commission from me, you can opt in by simply asking me! I will just need your details for the card, and then you're all set up. All cards will be visible in my ToyHou.se should you wish to leave the tracking up to me. You can opt out at any time.
ARE THERE ANY LIMITATIONS?
Yes! When completing your second Loyalty Card, which entitles you to a free commission, the commission in question is artistic liberty. You can give me vague pointers on what it could be (i.e. sfw, nsfw, single, couple, etc.), but ultimately the choice will be mine. It can range from a chibi to a full-blown scene, and it entirely depends on my motivation level with the character I have received. If you want something very specific, it is advised that you buy a regular commission instead.
WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS?
I have a lot of repeat clients that are all lovely, and I would love to be able to give back to them for their repeat service! It is intended to just be a silly and fun thing to do from ordering commissions from me, and to show my appreciation to those who choose to support me. Thank you!
